Week 7: Section Activity

Section activity:

Part 1. Show-and-tell. Everyone will share their creations and explain why they thought they were interesting. Your TF will lead a discussion with the goal of highlighting a few examples that the entire class finds compelling: what examples seem particularly “human-like” in their creativity? What examples are compelling but not human? Why?

Part 2. DALL-E contest:

• Half the class will start with the prompt: "A happy rabbit in a field of flowers." Iterating over at least 3 more prompts, each person will try to make the most over-the-top ecstatically happy bunny rabbit.
• The other half will start with "A very bland image of something boring." Using at least 3 more prompts, each person will try to make the most boring, bland image possible.

Each group will choose the example that best achieves the goal, and will report out the prompting strategies that seemed to work best.
