Jen Kramer, Instructor

For more than fifteen years, Jen Kramer has been educating clients, colleagues, friends and graduate students about the meaning of a "quality website." Since 2000, she has built websites that are supportive of business and marketing goals in a freelance capacity and as part of an agency.

Jen is a Lecturer at Harvard University Extension School in the Master's of Liberal Arts in Digital Media Design, teaching five courses per year, advising students, and assisting in curriculum design.

Jen is also an O'Reilly Media Links to an external site. staff author, creating new video training, mentoring other authors, and testing new video training technologies. She previously recorded video for lynda.com Links to an external site..

She is also available for individual private tutoring, customized classroom training, and consulting.

Jen earned a BS in biology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in Internet Strategy Management at the Marlboro College Graduate School.


Ed Hebert

Ed Hebert, Teaching Assistant

 

For over 20 years, Ed Hebert has been working at the intersection of design and technology. His portfolio reflects his interests in both digital design and physical product development. 

By day, Ed manages R&D / Product Development for Titleist Links to an external site., a leading golf equipment manufacturer. He's earned over 125 patents Links to an external site. for innovations in product concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes.

In 2001, he founded The Blue Ocean Links to an external site. - a digital design and communications consultancy. He's passionate about web development, visual design, photography Links to an external site., video Links to an external site., and digital experimentation Links to an external site..

Ed holds a BA in Computer Science and Psychology from Boston University. In March 2016, he'll graduate with an ALM-IT in Digital Media & Instructional Design from Harvard Extension School.
