Week 6 Reading Reflection

A lot of reading this week! I suggest using NotebookLM with two separate notebooks:

• One notebook with the two readings for Prof. Hyman's discussion on mental health:

• A separate notebook with the readings for Prof. Lin's discussion on statistics and AI in biomedicine:

  • Allen UK biobank.pdf
  • Stat and AI HDSR.pdf
  • IGVF 2025.pdf

My suggestion is to start with podcasts (audio summaries) and then ask questions using the chat function, but YMMV. Be sure to save your notebooks so you can view the chats later.
