     For further orientation to the course prior to the beginning of classes, students may begin to learn about the themes to be covered in the course from exploring Transition-Studies.

     Please explore, for example, the "Directory: A Guide to Navigating the IPCC – AR5 Reports, documents, and support materials."   We will be drawing heavily on the findings of the AR5 reports, and students can begin to read and examine them in detail to learn what they are, how they were compiled and what are their strengths and weaknesses.
