so that you may type in your responses to the questionnaire before printing it, if you prefer. Note the different-than-usual format for submitting (just the) fourth part of the assignment, which is the questionnaire. That fourth part will be worth 11 points, and everyone in the class will receive N of those 11 points, where N is the number of responses handed in. (So if everyone hands in a response, everyone gets a perfect score.)
