• Mp3 or m4a files of episodes that are ready to publish. Note that WAV files are too big for the podcast feed. Once the files are posted to the podcast feed, it is nearly impossible to change or update the file, so triple check to make sure you upload the right one!

• Please name the audio files with the miniseries title, the episode title, and the order they should appear in the feed.

• Text transcripts the episodes with the same file name as the matching episode. The transcripts will make your work accessible to people who are unable (or would rather not) listen to the episodes. It’s good accessibility practice. It’s also required by Harvard’s digital accessibility policy.

• Any web text, episode descriptions, or references you would like posted along with your episode. I don’t have any specific expectations for this. At least a sentence or two description for the series and each episode would be good. Try to keep it under 150 words. Whatever you send should be proof-read, formatted, and publish ready.
